We fell in love with the bengal cat breed after several years of breeding traditional siamese cats. Never a day goes by when we don't find joy in our pets. Our bengals share our home with us with the exception of the boys when it is breeding time. We don't have a cattery per se. Kittens are born in our huge master suite, cats play and lounge and our 500 sq.ft sunroom where their cat wheel, several cat trees, litter boxes and a plethora of toys are. They have the run of the house and boy do they run!
We also have eight miniature horses, six horses, chickens, rabbits and too many dogs to admit ! Most days are spent caring for and enjoying our animals and working around the farm.
Bengals are a truly unique breed of cats. More doglike in behavior, extremely intelligent and have coat patterns and colors that are divine. Until you have touched a bengals pelt you have no idea what silky softness is. Bengals are still evolving and here at Capstone we are thrilled to be a part of the bengals breed and hope through selective breeding to improve and leave our mark on the breed.
